The location was particularly good, close to Yodoyabashi metro station which goes directly to Kyoto. Tully's coffee shop and Tully's supermarket are nearby. - Good transportation links. - the city center location is very convenient.

Most strategic location - between 2 subway stations with 1 min walk, and < 30 meters to 24hrs convenient store and coffee shop.
A little small, but that is Japan, so acceptable.

Fast, efficient check-in/check-out. Requested extra pillows in room at the time of my online reservation; when I checked in, the pillows were already on the bed as requested.

Location: the hotel was near Tully's coffee shop and good transportation links. We dined out at Koseien, set easy walk to the property. The breakfast was free and great and there was a wide array of food to choose from...

Excellent value for money, very helpful staff, great location for traveling in Osaka, Kyoto and beyond. Close to the main business area of Osaka, but also near Fukushima and Dojima which both contain numerous restaurants. Room cleaned daily, quick reliable internet connection in the room, large hd tv in room, and each floor had vending drinks machines.

The location was straight fire - just a quick 3-minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station. Plus, there was a Family Mart right in front and a dope supermarket beside it. We also found hella cool coffee shops with sick river views, only 10 minutes away. They even hooked us up with a non-smoking room after we accidentally booked the wrong one. this place was on point!
The one thing that could've been better for us young party animals is if the hotel had some sick nightlife options nearby. We had a blast exploring the city, but it would've been wicked if there were more bars, clubs, or even an onsite party spot to keep the turn-up going.

The hotel had a really great location in Osaka's business district. It was clean and conveniently located next to the subway. - the convenience store nearby was handy. - We had a marvellous stay in the hotel during our 2-day trip in Osaka.

The room was spacious and bigger than those in Tokyo and Kyoto. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and a supermarket. The staff were helpful and even provided bath powder and mouthwash. The hotel had a business atmosphere, which added to the overall experience.
Felt like in a fairy, no complaints whatsoever.
